Mary Jo Giammalva
Mary Jo Giammalva uses her two decades in Houston’s office and industrial real estate market to help her clients find success, no matter the challenge. She’s completed over $400 million in industrial and land transactions with a diverse group of clients and industries. Whether its environmental issues, complicated tenant or landlord demands, or unique build-to-suit properties, Mary Jo leverages her 23 years of experience and stellar reputation to help her clients succeed.
Mary Jo began her real estate career in 1998 at Weingarten Realty Investors where she leased the firm’s industrial portfolio comprising more than 6.5 million square feet. She was then recruited by JLM Commercial Advisors in 2013 where she provided clients with a full range of brokerage and development services.
At JPR Commercial Real Estate, Mary Jo offers her clients the advantage of her deep and diverse experience, working with them to buy or sell properties or to develop build-to-suit projects. She also provides consultation for site acquisitions or dispositions, and can represent tenants or landlords.
Mary Jo has been active in Commercial Real Estate of Women (CREW) and Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR). She is currently a member of National Association for Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP).
Mary Jo loves spending time with her kids and grandkids and she especially treasures weekends with family and friends on Lake Conroe.
